¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

½ cup powdered erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or allulose

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step-by-Step Instructions
Combine Ingredients:
In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, almond milk, and sweetener. Whisk well.

Simmer:
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Do not boil.

Reduce:
Simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens and reduces by about half.
